Taking a Price Increase to Market

This course blends a training course and a consultancy workshop together.

We will look specifically at your business, help you to build a compelling rationale to justify why you need the price increase and then teach your sales teams how to successfully implement the price change with your customers.

During the workshop we will demonstrate what to do and importantly what not to do when implementing this important initiative. We will focus on potential customer objections and how to handle each one in turn, We will then role play the sales meeting with your teams further sharpening their ability with positive critique and further tips and ideas to help you ensure success.
